Emma Fowler, Director of TEAM OUTBOUND and a seasoned Business Development professional, first discovered her talent for BD 15 years ago, when starting her first business - a magazine.

With a genuine passion for understanding both businesses and the people behind them, Emma is constantly brimming with ideas to fuel growth - leveraging the latest tech-driven strategies while keeping the human sales journey at the heart of it all.

Her flair for marketing and relationship-building delivers real results. Early in her career, she helped one client secure a £1 million contract in Canary Wharf, and another generate over £2 million in opportunities within just 12 months - a client who remains a trusted partner to this day.

Behind the scenes, OUTBOUND’s success is powered by an incredible team - Isabel, Leanne, and Oriona - who work tirelessly to keep our clients’ businesses moving forward.
